Terms and Conditions – WORLDCUP BAFANA HQ-TOMBOLA

Article 1 – Overview

These are the standard terms and conditions for competitions conducted or promoted by or in association with MUNDI LTD and/or its affiliates.

Article 2 – Affiliates

For purposes hereof, “affiliate” means MUNDI LTD partners, co-promoters, and sponsors of this competition, its subsidiaries, and respective holding companies, the subsidiaries of their holding companies, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives.

Article 3 – Promoter

Promoter: MUNDI LTD, a limited private company incorporated under the laws of Rwanda, Gikondo/Kigali – Rwanda, TIN 100019882.

Article 4 – Acceptance

Participant entry into this competition constitutes his/her binding acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 5 – Competition Duration

This competition “WORLDCUP BAFANA HQ – TOMBOLA” will start on June 1st 2026 at 12:00 CAT and will run until July 20, 2026 at midnight CAT via the web page https://www.mundi.rw.

Article 6 – Eligibility

This competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Rwanda, except:

I. Directors, Members, Partners, Agents, Employees, or Consultants of MUNDI LTD, CREAXION LTD, SENGHA LTD, or any of their sister companies or any sponsor or supplier of goods or services in connection with the competition;

II. The spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child, or sibling of any of the persons specified above; and

III. Any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by MUNDI LTD or any of its sister companies.

Article 7 – Worldcup Bafana Registration and Participation

To enter the competition, one must do the following:

I. Register through the Mundi.rw website by filling in all required details, including full name, email address, age, and WhatsApp number, password;

II. Upon completing the registration, the participant will receive a unique barcode on email. This barcode will be used to accumulate points throughout the activity;

III. Only registered participants with a valid barcode will be eligible to earn points and qualify for the draw;

IV. Registration will remain open throughout the duration of the campaign, from June 1st 2026 until July 19t 2026;

V. All participants must be over 18 years old at the date of entry and will be required to provide valid identification upon request;

VI. Each participant is allowed to register only one (1) account on the Mundi.rw platform for the Worlcup Bafana HQ-Tombola campaign;

VII. Each account will correspond to one (1) unique barcode and cannot be shared, duplicated, or transferred to another person;

VIII. Each participant can monitor his points on his Mundi.rw account.

Article 8 – Competition Mechanism & Prize

I. Participants accumulate points every time they attend a match screening and purchase drinks or food using their barcode;

II. The points accumulated during this activity will be referred to as “Bafana Points” and will only correspond to this activity;

III. In some instances, when announced by the Promoter, participants can win double or triple points;

IV. The more points a participant earns, the greater their chances of winning;

V. Participants can only accumulate points during “WorldCup Bafana HQ” match screenings;

VI. At the end of the activity, the top 50 participants with the most points will automatically qualify for the final tombola draw;

VII. The tombola draw will take place on Sunday, July 19th, 2026, at 21:50 PM CAT at Mundi Center, under the supervision of a professional bailiff;

VIII. The four "Top Prizes" consist of: The big prize being one "Iphone 17 Pro Max 5G 256GB", awarded to  One (1) winner. The second prize will be One Million Rwf (1.000.000 Rwf) in cash awarded to One (1) Winner. The third and forth prizes will be two laptops "HP 15S Intel i3 8/512" or equivalent awarded to two (2) winners. Other smaller prizes will be provided in due course. 

IX. The winners will be selected with the aid of a digital draw engine that will pick One (1) winner from the 50 eligible participants by using a random algorithm combined with point weighting that will allow one Winner per prize and one prize per Winner.

Article 9 – Winner Selection and Eligibility

I. The draw will select all the prize winners. The draw for the four "Top prizes" will be conducted live at Mundi Center in the presence of a professional bailiff while the draw for the other prizes will be conducted in the presence of a professional bailiff but not live.

II. The winners must meet all eligibility requirements as indicated above.

III. During the draw of the "Top Prizes", if the winners does meet the requirements or is not present at the time of the draw, the prize will be offered to the next eligible candidate as determined by the bailiff;

IV. During the draw of the other prizes, the barcode of each winner will be recorded. The winners will be contacted and requested to collect their prizes within One (1) week of the day of the draw. After this period, the prizes will be voided.

Article 10 – Points Allocation

Article 11 – Prize Conditions

I. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, assigned, or given to a third party.

II. Each prize is awarded intuitu personae to one (1) individual winner only.

Article 12 – Participant Responsibility

It is the participant responsibility to ensure that any information which he/she provides to Mundi LTD is accurate, complete, and up to date. It is his/her responsibility to observe the rules and directives given by Mundi LTD.

Article 13 – Fraud and Misconduct

Any attempt to manipulate the system, falsify data, or engage in fraudulent activities (including creating multiple accounts, sharing barcodes, or falsifying points) will result in immediate disqualification and loss of eligibility for prizes. Mundi LTD reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including legal proceedings if necessary.

Article 14 – Personal Data Consent

By entering this competition, each participant hereby consents to the collection and storage of their personal information by Mundi LTD and may be used for promotional or marketing purposes related to Mundi LTD and its affiliates for an unlimited period of time.

Article 15 – Liability

Mundi LTD and/or its affiliates will not be responsible for any harm, damage, loss, or claim relating to the provision of any element of a prize or any changes to a prize that may be made at any time.

Article 16 – Amendments and Suspension

Mundi LTD and/or its affiliates and/or any third-party suppliers, as the case may be, reserve the right to vary, postpone, terminate, or temporarily suspend or amend this competition at any time during the competition for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, the participant agrees to waive any rights, interests, and expectations that he/she may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that he/she will have no recourse against Mundi LTD, and/or its affiliates and third-party suppliers. Mundi LTD is not responsible for any technical failures, delays, or malfunctions of the registration or barcode system that may affect participation or point collection.

Article 17 – Publicity

The winner may be required to take part in publicity and explicitly agrees, in such an event, to assign his/her image rights to Mundi LTD. The winners will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity, assignment of rights of image or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of Mundi LTD.

Article 18 – Final Decision

Mundi LTD decision on any matter concerning the competition and/or arising out of these terms and conditions is final and binding.

Article 19 – Participant Acknowledgement

I. All of the terms and conditions will apply to every participants, and he/she confirms that he/she is over the age of 18, agrees to be bound by them, and will continue to comply therewith.

II. He/she will take full responsibility for him/herself.

III. He/she indemnifies and holds Mundi LTD and its affiliates harmless against any claim by him/her or any third party in the event that he/she suffers any loss or damage pursuant to acceptance and/or use of a prize.

Article 20 – Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of contract and dispute resolution in the Republic of Rwanda.
